Welcome. I’m Philip Chou — a Taiwanese photographer based in Amsterdam, and the eye behind ShotByPC. This is more than a portfolio; it’s a curated world of elegance in the everyday. Through my lens, city streets become runways of light and shadow, and buildings transform into sculptural expressions of time and geometry.
